Not necessarily. Many of our services — like digital mood boards and concept design — can be done remotely. For more hands-on offerings, such as in-home styling or installation, we work locally or can travel by arrangement.

What’s included in the digital mood board service?

You’ll receive a personalised design direction with a curated colour palette, inspiration images, and product suggestions — all tailored to your style and space. It’s like a designer-approved roadmap you can shop from in your own time.

How does the full concept design service work?

We’ll begin with a consultation to understand your style and needs. Then, we’ll create a selection of design concepts for you to review. Once approved, you’ll receive a complete design pack — including paint colours, textile swatches, a product list, and a floor plan — so you can bring your space to life with confidence.

What if I already have an inspiration image I love?

Perfect! Just send it our way, and we’ll source all the pieces for you. We’ll find products that capture the look, fit your space, and stay within your budget — complete with swatches and a layout plan to guide you.

Do you help with curtains, too?

Yes — and we love them! From custom blinds and embroidered fabrics to awkward windows. We can design and source every detail, and can provide quotes for installation and fitting if needed as well.

I’ve finished decorating, but my room still doesn’t feel complete. Can you help?

Definitely. Our in-home styling service is perfect for those final touches. We’ll curate accessories and décor to complement your space, bring everything to you, and style it together. You can keep what you love, and we’ll handle any returns.

Can you work to a specific budget?

Yes — we believe great design should work for any budget. We’ll tailor every suggestion to your budget, ensuring you get the best mix of style, quality, and value.

How long does the process take?

That depends on the service and the scale of your project. Digital mood boards usually take around 1–2 weeks, while full concept designs or sourcing projects may take a little longer. We’ll always give you a clear timeline before we begin.
